2025 Trademark Administrators & Practitioners (TMAP) Meeting

The Trademark Administrators & Practitioners (TMAP) meeting brings together trademark administrators, paralegals, young practitioners and attorneys who oversee global trademark portfolios. 

The meeting will cover key developments in trademark law and best practices in brand protection. Other sessions include managing well-known marks in challenging times, sustainable destruction of counterfeit goods in light of new European Union regulations, Artificial Intelligence and misappropriation of a name, image, and likeness, the use of IP as collateral, and more. 

Graeme Murray will be speaking at one of the sessions: AI in the EU – Navigating IP Opportunities and Challenges. This session will take place on Monday 29 September from 9.30am-10.30am.

Becky Swindell and Ellie Johnson will also be attending the meeting.
