Hidayah is a Registered Malaysian Trademark Agent, fluent in both English and Malay, and holds a Master in Management from Universiti Tun Abdul Razak (UNIRAZAK), Malaysia. 

She began her career in 2010 at a prominent legal firm in Malaysia, specialising in IP Enforcement with a strong focus on navigating and managing trademark infringement and anti-counterfeiting actions, both on-trade and off-trade. Her enforcement work often involves close collaboration with key Malaysian authorities such as the Ministry of Domestic Trade and Cost of Living, Royal Malaysia Police, and Malaysian Communications and Multimedia Commission. She regularly works with clients from a diverse range of sectors and products, including consumer products, food and beverage, beauty and personal care, luxury goods, automotive and pharmaceutical.

She subsequently transitioned to trademark practice in 2018, deepening her expertise in trademark prosecution and portfolio management before joining Marks & Clerk. Her portfolio covers various aspects of trademark and copyright management, including conducting searches, managing office actions, recording transactions, coordinating international filings, and other trademark prosecution matters.
