Eng Shan holds a Bachelor of Engineering (BEng, Hons) degree in Chemical and Biomolecular Engineering from Nanyang Technological University (NTU), with a specialisation in Intellectual Property for Chemical and Biomolecular Engineering. In 2024, she completed the Graduate Diploma in Intellectual Property and Innovation Management (GDIPIMP) from the Singapore University of Social Sciences (SUSS).
Prior to joining Marks & Clerk Singapore in 2024, Eng Shan worked at another intellectual property firm in Singapore, where she assisted in prosecuting patent applications for both local and multinational clients.
Eng Shan is currently training to be a registered patent attorney in Singapore.
