Emily’s responsibilities include drafting patent applications, assisting with prosecution in multiple jurisdictions, and contributing to IP strategies that align with clients' objectives.
Emily holds a Bachelor of Engineering in Medical Engineering from The University of Hong Kong, providing her with a robust foundation in mechanical, electrical, and biomedical innovation. Following graduation, she contributed to research projects in biotechnology and biomedical devices, further enhancing her technical expertise. Emily also gained valuable experience in patent drafting and prosecution at a prominent patent firm before joining Marks & Clerk.
Fluent in English, Cantonese, and Mandarin. She is dedicated to supporting the team’s efforts in delivering practical, cost-effective IP solutions.
