At the recent 2025 China International Trademark & Brand Festival, China Trademark Magazine (under the China Trademark Association)*1 and IPHOUSE (a Chinese intellectual property data and information provider)*2 jointly released the ‘2025 Trademark Agency Service Capability Data Statistics 600’ list*3. Marks & Clerk Beijing was included in this ranking, also receiving a ‘5A-Level Trademark Agency’ rating for 2025.
This list is based on a comprehensive, multi-dimensional evaluation of around 13,000 active trademark agencies in China. The assessment criteria include the number of trademark applications, opposition cases, review and adjudication cases, success rates, client quality, years in operation, team size, administrative penalty records, and expert review opinions. It aims to reflect the professional competence and service quality of these agencies.
A ‘5A-Level Trademark Agency’ is the highest rating achievable by a trademark agency on this year’s list. According to IPHOUSE statistics, Marks & Clerk Beijing achieved a 66.92% approval rate for new trademark applications and an 87.21% success rate for opposition cases in 2025, placing it among the profession’s top performers.

During the annual International Trademark Association (INTA) conference in May 2025, China Trademark Magazine and IPHOUSE jointly released the 2025 ‘TOP40 Foreign-Related Trademark Agencies’ list*4, in which Marks & Clerk Beijing was also included.

Marks & Clerk Beijing was also consecutively selected for the annual ‘Trademark Agency Service Capability Data Statistics 600’ list in both 2023 and 2024, and was rated as a ‘4A-Level Trademark Agency’.
