Marks & Clerk Beijing was rated as one of Beijing's Tier-1 Trademark Agencies for 2025 by the influential Chinese trade mark data provider, Mozlen*1. The list*2 was released on 18 August 2025. Previously, Marks & Clerk Beijing was recognised as an AAA+++ Foreign-Related Trademark Agency in China*3 by Mozlen in May 2024.
Mozlen conducted its own research to determine the above rankings, with the aim of highlighting the expertise of the listed firms in areas of trade mark rights acquisition, rights enforcement, and well-known trade mark protection. This year's evaluation was based on a range of comprehensive indicators, including trade mark application volume, refusal appeal volume and success rate, opposition and invalidation case volume, success rate, and the number of well-known mark recognitions, the number of national administrative and judicial representative cases, the quality of served clients, international influence and expertise of the firms.
