This January, Kisaco hosts the ‘Pharma and Biotech Patent Litigation Summit’ and this year sees the event co-located with the Tech & Innovation Patent Litigation Conference, creating an unrivalled platform for exploring the growing intersections between life sciences and cutting-edge technologies.

Meet the team in Amsterdam
Mike is an intellectual property lawyer who advises clients in a wide variety of business sectors on issues including intellectual property litigation and dispute resolution, IP strategy and risk limitation, due diligence projects and commercial and licensing transactions involving intellectual property. He works closely with the firm’s patent attorneys to develop comprehensive strategies for parallel disputes.
Dan is a Partner and a leading patent litigator, specialising in life sciences and biopharmaceutical disputes. He has extensive experience in high-stakes patent and Supplementary Protection Certificate (SPC) litigation before the English courts and the Unified Patent Court (UPC).
Nick McDonald is a Partner and UK Head of IP Legal Services with Marks & Clerk. He has significant experience building and leading successful legal services teams in IP firms, with a particular focus on complex, multi-jurisdictional intellectual property disputes. Nick advises clients across all IP rights, combining litigation expertise with strategic counsel and licensing capabilities.
Kamleh Nicola is a partner at Marks & Clerk and Co-chair of the firm’s Litigation & Dispute Resolution practice group in Canada, specializing in intellectual property litigation.
Charlie is a Partner and patent litigator at Marks & Clerk Law who advises clients on the enforcement, defence and commercialisation of intellectual property, with a particular focus on patent litigation and licensing disputes in the life sciences field. He frequently collaborates with patent attorneys to coordinate strategies across UPC participating member states.
