Charlie is a Partner and patent litigator at Marks & Clerk Law who advises clients on the enforcement, defence and commercialisation of intellectual property, with a particular focus on patent and licensing disputes in the life sciences field.
Dan is a Managing Associate who advises clients on a wide range of intellectual property issues, with a focus on contentious life sciences and high-tech work. He has particular experience in biopharmaceutical patent and SPC litigation and has represented clients in some of the most complex technical disputes tried in the English courts.
