Harold G. Fox IP Moot 2026
Marks & Clerk Canada are pleased to be a sponsor again for the annual Harold G. Fox IP Moot Competition this year, which is taking on Friday February 20 and Saturday February 21.
Two of our Canadian partners, Kamleh Nicola and Amrita Singh who are also Co-Heads of our Litigation and Dispute Resolution practice, will be attending and serving as judges on this year’s panel.
We are excited to continue our participation and sponsorship in this initiative that helps to promote education in Intellectual Property Law, and to the and moot participants and aspiring Lawyers with the opportunity to interact with experienced IP lawyers and members of the judiciary.
