Robert Lind

Robert specialises in the patenting of inventions related to telecommunications and computing, with particular emphasis on Internet-related technologies. 

Robert joined Marks & Clerk in 1994, after training with a firm of patent attorneys in London. He later worked as an in-house attorney for Nokia Mobile Phones in Finland before returning to the firm in 1999. He became a Partner in 2001.

Robert graduated from Glasgow University with an honours degree in Electronic Engineering and subsequently obtained a PhD in Bioelectronics from the same university. He has been mentioned in Managing Intellectual Property’s IP Stars guide, and is also a contributor to the European Patents Handbook
