Thomas Prock is a Partner and German, European and Chartered (UK) Patent Attorney, as well as a UPC Representative, based in London. He advises clients on patent matters across a range of high technology sectors, with a focus on medtech, electronics, software, artificial intelligence and internet-related technologies.

Jonathan handles patent matters in the chemistry and life science sectors, with emphasis on pharmaceuticals, medical and diagnostic devices, industrial chemistry, materials, and synthetic methods. Jonathan has particular expertise in the area of small molecule drugs and formulations, cardiovascular devices and wound care, polymers and polymer additives, graphene, catalysis, and stereoselective synthetic processes. He regularly represents clients in EPO opposition proceedings and coordinates these with UPC litigation strategies.

Gareth Williams is a Partner and Head of Legal Practice based in Cambridge. He has over 25 years’ experience in intellectual property, advising clients across the life sciences sector. His technical background is in human molecular biology and genetics, having obtained a doctorate which was funded as part of the Human Genome Project.
