Natalie has extensive work experience on trademark prosecution matters in both Malaysian and Singaporean jurisdictions. She has managed a wide ranging portfolio in various industry sectors, such as Food and Beverages, Cosmetics, Toys, and Telecommunications, amongst others. She has also assisted in the research, drafting, and trademark filing of a Non-Fungible Token, which is amongst the first few done in Malaysia.
Having started her intellectual property career in 2021 in an award-winning IP law firm, Natalie then joined Marks & Clerk in 2022, where she is currently pursuing certification as a Malaysian Trademark Agent.
She read Law at the University of the West of England and further obtained her Masters of Laws (LLM) specialising in Intellectual Property from the Queen Mary University of Law with a focus on Copyright law and Intellectual Property Commercialisation.
