Tom is a Registered Trade Mark Attorney with more than 30 years’ experience working with brand and intellectual property owners across a range of industries. Tom specialises in providing strategic advice on the many legal and commercial issues around the protection and exploitation of Brands and IP. Tom is also keen to provide clients with progressive and commercially focused advice, helping them realise profit from their IP.

Tom is a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Trade Marks Attorneys. Alongside expertise in brand and IP, Tom also offers his clients significant commercial experience having spent several years building and developing business teams within a leading private-equity owned business. Tom has expertise in sectors including Food & Drink, Automotive, Fashion and Sports. He studied business at the London Business School and has a first degree in Mathematics from the University of East Anglia.
