Eugénie is a qualified Luxembourg Trade Mark Attorney and EUIPO Professional Representative.

Eugénie advises domestic and foreign clients active in any business on a wide range of issues concerning worldwide brand strategy and trade mark and design protection.

This includes the preparation, filing and prosecution of trade mark and design applications, contentious work including oppositions, non-use cancellation actions and challenges on the grounds of invalidity. Eugénie has experience in drafting contracts related to Intellectual Property. 

Eugénie graduated from the Paris-Saclay University with a Master's degree in Business Law and Intellectual Property Law and from the Paris 1 Panthéon Sorbonne /Paris-Saclay Universities with a Master's degree in Innovation Law and Industrial Property.

Prior to joining Marks & Clerk in February 2021, Eugénie first worked in France as Intellectual Property Lawyer in an Intellectual Property law firm and as Intellectual Property in-house lawyer in an international high-technology group, operating in the aviation, defense and space markets. She then worked in Luxembourg in another Intellectual Property law firm.

Eugénie is a member of FCPIL (Fédération des Conseils En Propriété Industrielle au Luxembourg ) and APRAM (Association of Trade Mark and Design Law Practitioners).

Eugénie is fluent in English and French (native speaker).
