Elizabeth is an Associate in the Brand Protection team who specialises in trade mark, passing off and copyright litigation.
She advises clients on trade marks, passing off, design rights and copyright matters and enjoys assisting clients across a wide range of sectors on brand protection and enforcement of their intellectual property rights. Elizabeth is an active member of the Beauty & Cosmetics, Anti-Counterfeiting and Fashion teams at Marks & Clerk.
Since qualifying in 2017, Elizabeth has experience advising client’s on both dispute resolution and commercial matters, including infringement proceedings, settlement of disputes as well as brand management strategy, trade mark clearance searches and filing trade mark applications.
Elizabeth enjoys working closely with people and looks to understand the motivation behind her clients’ brands. Her degrees in Psychology and Law, alongside her legal experience, means she has developed both a sound understanding of intellectual property litigation and the psychology behind a brand’s strategy, both of which enable her to help her clients achieve their goals.
Outside of work, Elizabeth likes to travel, ski, cook and play netball.
