Edward graduated from the University of Bristol in 2011 with an MSc in Physics during which he spent a year studying in Germany. Thereafter he trained and qualified as a solicitor at an IP specialist law firm in London before joining Marks & Clerk in September 2015.
Edward is a Chartered (UK) and European Patent Attorney and his physics degree included modules on quantum information and solid state physics. He has experience in prosecuting patents for a large semiconductor foundry and has a personal interest in computer hardware, in particular in GPU chipsets and their use in implementing AI and deep learning.
