Graham is a Partner and a patent litigator at Marks & Clerk Law. He advises across a spectrum of fields encompassing life sciences, telecommunications, electrical engineering and medicinal devices.

“Life sciences and high technology both fall within the bailiwick of Graham Burnett-Hall, who provides ‘excellent advice and recommendations for all types of UK patent litigation questions’.” (IAM Patent 1000)
“Graham Burnett-Hall is excellent. He really understands the scope of our patents and explains the legal issues clearly and practically. He is very responsive and helpful.” (Legal 500)

With over 20 years’ experience acting in multi-jurisdictional disputes, co-ordinating and working with legal teams in Europe, United States and China, Graham is a safe pair of hands. His chemistry background married with his ability to simply explain the key issues gives Graham the upper hand when taking on “highly technical mandates” (Legal500) and leading large scale and complex patent litigation. His extensive cross-border experience goes beyond litigation and into his wine collection.
