This includes pre-filing advice, clearance searching and overcoming objections before the Registry. Eve’s practice is predominantly contentious work, including oppositions, non-use cancellation actions and challenges on the grounds of invalidity. Eve has experience in securing protection of Certification and Collective Trade Marks for clients.
Eve maintains a varied practice and advises clients in a range of sectors with clients predominantly in the food and drink, automotive, fashion and retail, and financial sectors.
In 2020, Eve was awarded a Distinction in the Professional Certificate in Trade Mark Practice (PCTMP) at Nottingham Trent University. Prior to this, Eve successfully completed the postgraduate certificate in Trade Mark Law and Practice at Queen Mary, University of London. Eve also read Law at the University of Southampton.
