From 1st February, Marks & Clerk’s Agritech team has brought you a specialist, five part webinar series exploring the impact of IP across the full spectrum of agricultural technology. The first two sessions were hosted by The Institution of Agricultural Engineers (IAgrE).
Entitled Helping Good Ideas Grow: IP in Agritech, the series has been tailored especially for the Agritech sector. Our speakers will demystify IP and present dos and don'ts to give you a practical primer in protecting your IP, using real-world examples from engineering, digital farming, plant genetics, agrochemicals and branding.
We were especially pleased that the launch episode was brought to you by Robert Carpmael, a partner at Marks & Clerk - and a farm owner himself – who explored the competitive benefits and cost savings that arise from investing in IP protection.
