We are looking to add additional talent to join our dynamic team. The Trademark Associate will have an in-depth understanding of trademark law and principals.
You will support all trademark related needs of significant portfolios of high-profile clients throughout the world in a wide variety of industries and provide support on enforcement matters.
This is an exceptional opportunity for a young associate to gain significant IP experience working in conjunction with elite attorneys on sophisticated and cutting-edge matters.
Minimum of three to five years of experience specializing in trademark clearance and prosecution and preparing related agreements.
Experience with enforcement matters, such as oppositions, cancellations, and infringement actions, would be an asset.
