Daniel is a Patent Attorney specialised in the field of mechanical engineering and handles cases relating to manufacturing, energy systems, power production, medical devices and packaging. In addition, Daniel advises on registered and unregistered design rights.
Prior to joining Marks & Clerk, Daniel worked in the power industry as an Engineer responsible for the commissioning of gas turbine power stations ahead of commercial operation.
Daniel graduated from the University of Sheffield with a Masters Degree in Mechanical Engineering. His final year thesis investigated the possibilities in combining the cognitive and mechanical barriers of child resistant closures for the pharmaceutical industry.
Daniel joined Marks & Clerk in 2013.
