Rodolphe Tessier

Rodolphe holds a diploma in electronics engineering from Conservatoire National des Arts et Métiers de Paris, specialising in the fields of electromagnetic signals (generation/ reception) and digital and/or analog processing of these signals. He qualified as a French Patent Attorney in 2011.

Beginning as a research and development engineer in HF and microwave transmitter-receiver device within the Thales Group, he completed a complementary training as a radar construction engineer at the Ecole Nationale Supérieure de Techniques Avancées (Paris) and held various engineering positions within the same group until 2000. In 2001, he joined the Thales Group’s Industrial Property Department, where he worked as a Patent Attorney for four years. Rodolphe then continue his career as a Patent Attorney at Marks & Clerk in Arcueil until 2011, and then on behalf of an IP firm in the southwest region of France. Rodolphe re-joined Marks & Clerk France in early 2017.

As a Patent Attorney with almost two decades’ experience, Rodolphe has acquired a wide range of experience: including patentability studies for inventions, management of business processes leading to IP right protection, patent portfolio management, litigation support and contract arrangement.
