Raphaël LEVY

Raphaël started his career in Industrial Property in 2005, as a patent examiner at INPI (French patent office), where he examined applications in various technical fields such as radars, antennas and metrology. From 2015 to 2017, he was in charge of a cluster of examiners, in the field of ICT. This function led him to acquire significant experience in the field of computer-implemented invention and to carry out awareness-raising and training activities with companies and universities.

He has been registered since 2016 on the list of Qualified Persons in Industrial Property (Patents).

As a patent engineer with Marks & Clerk France since March 2017, Raphaël drafts patent applications and defends them during the examination procedures.
