Kevin Zhao

Kevin has gained broad experience in trade mark field in China since 2006. He handles all aspects of trade mark prosecution and enforcement matters, including filing, opposition, review, invalidation, investigation and administrative actions. He also advises on administrative and civil litigation relating to trade mark infringement and anti-unfair competition. In addition, he has experience in copyright, domain name dispute and customs protection issue.
Kevin graduated from the Beijing Institute of Technology with a Bachelor’s degree in Law in 2003. After that, Kevin got a LL.M. degree from University of Edinburgh in 2005.
Kevin joined the Beijing office of Marks & Clerk in June 2019. Before that, he was a trade mark attorney at a local intellectual property firm and a Hong Kong law firm
Kevin is fluent in English and Mandarin.
