Chris is a Trainee Patent Attorney based in Marks & Clerk's London office. Prior to joining Marks & Clerk in 2017 Chris worked as an electronics engineer in the wireless communications group at BAE Systems Applied Intelligence; the cyber security arm of BAE Systems.
During Chris' time at BAE Systems he predominantly developed firmware modules for use with a range of telecommunications standards including LTE, Bluetooth, Vita 49 and various 802.11 protocols. In addition to firmware development, Chris also has experience working on a variety of hardware and software projects.
Chris has continued working in the fields of telecoms and software since becoming a patent attorney and has a wide range of experience drafting and prosecuting high tech patents in Europe and overseas.
Chris graduated from the University of Bristol in 2014 with a first class Masters degree in Electrical & Electronic Engineering.
