Imogen is an intellectual property lawyer at Marks & Clerk Law. As part of the life sciences team, she specialises in patent litigation for clients in the pharmaceutical industry. She also advises on other intellectual property rights including trademarks, design rights and copyright.
Her degree in biochemistry, including a year spent undertaking research in industry, means Imogen has developed substantial technical knowledge and has gained an insight into how the life sciences sector operates.
Imogen trained as a Solicitor at a leading international law firm before joining Marks & Clerk Law in May 2019. Outside of work Imogen is a keen netballer, and enjoys going to the theatre and travelling.
