Elizabeth is an intellectual property lawyer who advises clients on trade marks, passing off, design rights and copyright matters. Since qualifying as a solicitor, Elizabeth has advised clients across a wide range of sectors on brand strategy, protection and enforcement of their intellectual property rights.
 
Elizabeth has experience advising clients on both contentious and non-contentious cases, including providing commercial and practical advice concerning infringement proceedings and settlement of disputes as well as advising clients on brand management strategy, trade mark clearance searches and filing trade mark applications.
 
Elizabeth graduated from the University of Birmingham in 2011 with a degree in Psychology. After completing her GDL and LPC she trained at a large regional firm, qualifying in September 2017 before joining Marks & Clerk in March 2020. Outside of work Elizabeth’s interests include travel, skiing, cooking and playing netball.
