Rebecca Campbell

Rebecca is a part-qualified Trade Mark Attorney, having been awarded a Postgraduate Certificate in Trade Mark Law and Practice from Queen Mary, University of London in 2017.

Rebecca graduated from the University of St Andrews with a Masters degree in Management and International Relations. She also has a Bachelors of Law from the College of Law, where she completed postgraduate diplomas in Law and Legal Practice. Before joining Marks & Clerk, Rebecca lived in Japan where she taught English as a Foreign Language. She speaks conversational Japanese.

Rebecca assists brand owners with all aspects of trade mark management, registration and enforcement, including brand clearance, prosecution, opposition, revocation, assignments, infringement and unregistered trade marks/passing-off. She advises a clients in a range of sectors, including automotives, computer software, construction, education, manufacturing, food and beverage and finance. Rebecca has a particular interest in animation and graphics technology and the implication of AR/VR in this field.

Rebecca has worked for Marks & Clerk as Trainee Trade Mark Attorney since 2016.
