Longitude Report 2018

Published October 2018

The latest edition of the Longitude Prize report, produced in association with CPA Global and Nesta, reveals ongoing trends in patent filing around point-of-care (POC) diagnostics. POC diagnostics are vital in helping clinicians diagnose patients better and more quickly, and reducing the unnecessary prescription of antibiotics. This, alongside the development of novel pharmaceuticals, is a key piece of the jigsaw when it comes to tackling the threat of anti-microbial resistance.
