Marks & Clerk appoints Tom Farrand to Head of Trade Marks

Leading international intellectual property service provider Marks & Clerk has appointed Tom Farrand as Head of Trade Marks for its UK business.
Tom joins the team at Marks & Clerk from Intellectual Property consultancy Novagraaf where he was Managing Director of Trade Marks. Tom is a UK registered Trade Mark Attorney and a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Trade Mark Attorneys.
Tom’s appointment comes at a time of growth for Marks & Clerk in the UK, which has recently recruited 18 new Trainees across the business, as well as having embarked upon a number of Partner promotions. With approximately 150 practitioners in the UK and 260 practitioners worldwide, Marks & Clerk is the largest filer of European trade marks in the UK.
