Overview

A significant proportion of our work concerns dispute resolution. Consequently, we are ideally placed to assist if your IP rights are being infringed by third parties, if a commercial opportunity is being blocked by an IP right, if you are being threatened by a third party or if you are concerned that you should be the legal owner of certain IP.

Litigation matters that we deal with include:
