EPO goes completely “online”

The European Patent Office (EPO) has introduced an extension to its software enabling online filing of opposition proceedings. All the EPO’s filing procedures can now be filed online, including oppositions, appeals, limitations, revocation and review proceedings using the EPO’s own online filing software.
