We have advised a wide cross-section of clients, including multi-nationals, universities and small start-ups, on the licensing of their IP rights in order to obtain new revenue streams or to secure the freedom to operate in a particular area. We have, therefore, provided advice in relation to commercial agreements ranging from complex licensing and cross-licensing programmes to technology transfer and trade mark co-existence agreements. We regularly advise in relation to EU and UK competition compliance covering such agreements.
